I wanted to say a huge thank you to Howells for the fantastic attention and customer service received recently. I got my car back today following an accident when we had the big snow a few weeks ago and I am over the moon with the repair but the exceptional customer service has been even more impressive. I received calls whilst my car was in the garage to advise what was happening with the car, when parts were due in and I expected to have to drive from Belfast to Bangor to collect my car when it was ready however, they called me to say it would be delivered back to my home, even gave me an approx time the driver would be with me. Claire rang me today to advise of the detail of delivery and her manner was excellent. She?s well suited to her job with a good personality, polite and helpful and very professional.
